What you can extract from a receipt
Receipt recognition helps turn a photo into a spreadsheet without typing every item. The result makes it easier to check prices and the total, identify the seller and understand your spending.
The store name, address and date can be read from a legible receipt. The store brand and product categories need separate matching and review. A store name alone cannot establish exact coordinates.

Which receipts can I upload?
JPG and PNG photos up to 10 MB. Use a full photo with readable item names, prices and the total.
Can I trust every recognized amount?
Check the total and individual items against the original before using them. Creases, glare and abbreviations can cause errors.
How are brands, addresses and categories determined?
The seller and address can be read from the receipt. A trading brand may differ from the legal name and needs separate matching. Categories can be suggested from item names. Fields should stay empty when there is not enough evidence.
Is my receipt photo stored?
Your receipt photo is used only for recognition and is not stored.
Can I export the result?
Yes. CSV includes items, quantities, prices, amounts and suggested categories. JSON also includes the seller, address and total.
